For ops
The tracker you keep meaning to build.
Invoices to chase. Assets to log. The report that lands every Monday. Describe the tool you wish you had and PromptDeck builds it — a small app that keeps its rows, totals them up, and exports to Excel. The recurring prompts get a button too.
Why it’s for you
A tracker you describe into existence
Invoice Tracker is built in: who owes what, due dates, paid status, running totals for outstanding and overdue. Need a different one — a client list, a scheduler, an inventory log, a lead tracker? Describe it and the Mini App Builder makes it, with rows that persist between sessions.
The numbers stay honest, locally
Kept tools roll up into totals worked out on your own machine — no model call, no network. Change what's tracked by describing it, export any table to CSV for Excel, and edits to saved data show a diff before anything is written.
Meeting notes → actions, still one click
The recurring prompts haven't gone anywhere. Meeting Notes → Actions and Report Analyzer are built in, and a folder field always runs on the newest file — point it where the reports land and this week's is always the one analysed.
Hand it to a colleague, nothing to administer
Send an app to a teammate as a single file — they see exactly what it does before importing, and it runs on their own key. No workspace to provision, no seats, and your documents go only to the model provider you choose — never to our servers.
